“Green Soldier began in Semarang as a small team's answer to a simple problem: the waste a school throws away disappears from view, but never actually disappears. So we built a system to change where it ends up. Students sort their waste, our QR platform logs it by type and weight, an AI vision check confirms it is clean and correctly sorted, and the material returns to the school as something useful.”
